S125 Labelling Machine
The S125 Is a fully automatic, self-adhesive labeller for the application of paper and clear self-adhesive labels to cylindrical containers in glass, plastic or composites. The S125 is designed for maximum versatility, offering the capability to label containers from 12 to 75 mm in diameter with minimal change parts. Speed is up to 60 bottles per minute.
Equipped with a variable-speed roller at the infeed, the S125 spaces containers before labelling. As a container passes by a sensor, it triggers the label feed to dispense a label with accuracy, matching it’s speed. This integration ensures each label is applied smoothly, minimising errors and optimising production efficiency . To ensure high registration accuracy, containers are gripped between an applicator belt and a presser pad lining as the label is securely pressed in place.
S175 Labelling Machine
A fully automatic, self-adhesive labelling system for the application of paper and clear self-adhesive labels to a wide range of products including cylindrical, rectangular, square or oval containers, in glass, plastic or composite materials. A variable speed roller at the infeed spaces the containers entering the machine. Each individual container is detected at the labelling point as it passes a sensor, at which point the label feed is activated. The leading edge of the label is driven off the backing web at a liner speed that matches the container speed; this ensures smooth accurate placement on the container surface. The container, gripped between an applicator drum and presser pad, is controlled as the label is pressed firmly in place. Ensuring high registration accuracy. Speed is up to 100 bottles per minute.
