The smallest intermittent cartoner CAR-T5 is a mechanical machine ideal for a robust low cost solution. The machine has a small footprint, excellent flexibility and numerous format closure options. The cartoner can easily adapt to different carton sizes while providing a secure and gentle packaging process. Ideal for bottles, tubes or blisters. Output rate is 100 cartons per minute.
The CUT Series offers a fully servo-driven machine platform. This machine offers a large format range and a servo-controlled pusher that can be optimally adapted to the product properties. Due to a modular design the machine is capable to run products with different add-ons or inserts, like spoon, booklet or prefolded leaflet. Equipped with the appropriate infeed system, the intermittent machine platform is able to run various speeds smoothly and offers the newest technology, which brings benefit for each of our customers in terms of format change-over time, reproducibility and machine access. Other benefits include fast line clearance and high efficiency.
With the CUT Series a sustainable packaging solution can be offered. The Eco pack offers the pharmaceutical industry a sustainable secondary packaging system with the flexibility of handling different products while providing enhanced safety. A robot places the product in the inlay where it is firmly fixed and protected. The chambered design secures each product against dropping, impact and pressure during transport and storage. Output rate is up to 140 cartons per minute.
The CUK Series offers an extremely robust mechanical construction with no vibrations and smooth handling of products. This continuous motion cartoner offers absolute flexibility for in-feed systems, formats and closure options. The CUK series includes a carton magazine that can be swivelled upwards for easy access when performing a size change.
Another nice feature is the leaflet folder unit can swing outwards for complete access for maintenance. They use secure grippers for transferring the leaflet to the carton where as other cartoners use long transfer belts likely to wear over time. The CUC Series is the newest fully servo-driven machine with servo drives for separate movements. This continuous motion cartoner has the pushers positioned at the rear of the machine and has a synchronised movement to link infeed pusher to product transport. The CUC series has all the features of the CUK series with the added benefit of their newly developed carton setup system combined with servo-driven infeed pushers offering many packaging benefits for their customers.
Apart from the servo-drive technology the CUC offers a ‘walk in’ experience with the lower guard sliding completely underneath the machine offering accessibility like no other cartoner on the market. The machine is available as a 4 / 6 / 8 inch model suitable to reach speeds between 200-400 cartons per minute, depending on the carton size and product.
